Our sleeper hit from last year is back with a bang!

Grown and processed at Narmada estate, Chikmagalur; this certified organic arabica has gone through a monitored dry ferment for 24 hours post pulping. After which the coffee has been washed thoroughly to remove the left over mucilage and dried slowly.

The resulting cup is more balanced this year, with oddles of sweet nuttiness and a rounded orange like acidity. This year's iteration of the crop is one of the most drinkable and easy going coffees that we have encountered. This year's ārabhi has been roasted medium light to still highlight the acidity while keeping that nutty sweetness intact! It is a delight across immersion brews after 5 days of rest and as an espresso after 15 days of degassing.

We thank South India coffee company for introducing us to this hidden gem last year and hope to continue working with them for years to come!

Nutty and sweet with a touch of orangey acidity (2024 iteration)

A well-balanced medium-bodied coffee with a silky texture and flavor rich with notes of lightly toasted almonds, brown sugar, and mandarins and with hints of fragrant jasmine. Delicious! 😊☕️

Clean , Crisp , Delicious[2023 harvest]

A light ,bright but nicely balanced sweet cup that hits you with the citric acidity of lemon with floral undertones balanced out nicely by a jaggery like sweetness . Can't recommend this enough to washed coffee lovers.
