Our smash hit organic arabica is back with a bang!

Grown and processed at the extremely biodiverse Narmada estate, Chikmagalur; this certified organic arabica has gone through a closely monitored wet ferment for 24 hours post pulping. After which the coffee has been washed thoroughly to remove the left over mucilage and dried slowly.

The result of this careful processing is a delightfully complex cup that brims with a very distinct acidity that reminds us of oranges and apricots. This is wonderfully balanced with a jaggery like sweetness and reminds or roaster of the rāga ārabhi.

Ārabhi the coffee is a delight across all manual brews 8 days post date of roast. It also makes for a crisp espresso shot 18 days post date of roast.

We thank South India coffee company for introducing us to this hidden gem and we hope to continue working with them for years to come!

Nutty, less bitter and flavourful- great for the Americanos!

I would totally recommend Arabhi for coffee lovers. I drink my coffee blacK with no sugar. So the quality of the beans impacts my coffee as there is nothing else to mask the taste and smell, and flavour. I bought for years from a local shop near my house. I am incredibly lucky that I stumbled upon kapikotai.com at a pop-up exhibition. Even as I bought from them, I was sceptical. I thought they're all from South India and will therefore be the same as my local coffee shop. I could not have been more wrong!! It is WAY better. Arabhi is great for Americano. It is less bitter and nutty, and the aftertaste is just wonderful. If you are a coffee-lover, then do not settle. Try these out to taste the difference.

Please improve the delivery service.

The coffee was good but the main issue was with the courier service they delay the delivery by always misrouting and correcting it which causes unnecessary delays.

Nutty and sweet with a touch of orangey acidity (2024 iteration)

A well-balanced medium-bodied coffee with a silky texture and flavor rich with notes of lightly toasted almonds, brown sugar, and mandarins and with hints of fragrant jasmine. Delicious! 😊☕️
