       Coffee is grown in a very unique manner in India. Here, the crop is still grown under shade of mostly jungle trees; unlike a lot of other producing countries where the bushes are  grown either in full sun or under extremely sparse shade.

       This results in very unique micro climates that probably contributes to the cup and also makes coffee estates full of life and havens for a lot of wild life. This synergy is what got us really interested in coffee in the first place and we hope this remains an enduring feature of the coffee growing scenario in India.
