I can quickly see this become a staple!

I’m really impressed by how versatile Kilpauk Standard is. I’ve used it with a conical dripper using both osmotic flow and Testu Kasuya 4:6 methods, Moka Pot, French Press, Aeropress, and Turkish cezve. With filter style brews, I got a a nice brew with notes of chocolate and a hint of acidity. With the other brews, I got a more heavy bodied brew with chocolate being very prominent and a nice bitter-sweet finish to it. This is a very impressive coffee that does well with a variety of brewing methods.
